The only available option for you here is between 25 fps and 100 fps. If you want to record on other available formats and options, you have to toggle the camera to NTSC mode, which is available on screen 2 of the SETUP menu under the NTSC/PAL selector.
If you want to record video at 4k, you can only go for options between 24fps and 30fps at 60MB/S or 100MB/S. Moreover, if you want to lower the recording format to XAVC S HD, the available frame rate options are up to 120fps.
Checking the display settings
